Notice that we are using the plural form of initiative. There is simply no way that one monolithic project will ever be successful. In fact, that is the most likely recipe for failure (see the September Issue of HITECH/HIPAA Compliance Newsletter for reasons why the healthcare industry must adopt agile methodologies).
