Connecticut State AG Brings Historic Breach of PHI Suit. As this post indicates, when State Attorney Generals go after breach of PHI offenders they are likely to adopt the strategy of "go big or go home." If their intent is to send a message to the market (which it is), then this is exactly what they will continue to do. Look for other AGs to follow suit and for HHS to get into the act in a big way.
